Vidzeme Technology and Design Vocational School

Vidzeme Technology and Design Vocational School (VTDT) is a vocational educational institution in the secondary level and also adult education. Our aim is to provide quality vocational education in various sectors. The educational institution offers 20 qualifications in 10 different sectors with an option to study in adult education programs. From the year 1999 to 2015, 154 students have graduated with Environmental Farm Technician and Farm Mechanics qualifications. Nevertheless, a valued base of methodological materials has been made and is developing year by year. 

There are currently qualifications such as Car Mechanics, Welding, Electro engineering being taught under Car Mechanics, Agriculture, Construction, Energetics, and ICT. Also, such fields as Automated Control Systems and Protection of the Environment are taught within these programs. Vidzeme Technology and Design Vocational School have taken part in developing the curricula of Farm Technician and Farm Mechanics qualifications.

Manager of Curriculum and Educational Methods

Kristine Rebinova is Manager of Curriculum and Educational Methods at Vidzeme Technology and Design Vocational School, a team leader who manages to build commitment within the team and collaborates with colleagues to reach the goals. Past activities include managing international collaboration seminars and projects.
