Järva County Vocational Training (JKHK)

Järva County Vocational Training Centre (JKHK) is the largest vocational school in central Estonia and offers a wide range of professional training through its 40 fields of study to students of all ages. The school has around 1,100 students and as many adult students who take part of in-service trainings and retraining. JKHK offers professional training in various fields, including Water Treatment Operator. JKHK collaborates with industry partners and research institutions to provide students with practical skills and knowledge in the water sector. As part of in-service training, they conduct both wastewater and drinking water courses in Narva Water. JKHK aims to bring together VET students and VET educators (teachers and industry professionals) and provide the skills and competences that meet the labour market needs, and also promote the profession.

Merje Mölter

Project Manager at Järva County Vocational Training Centre

Merje Mölter holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and has several years of experience in Erasmus+ project coordination and management in the EU (main emphasis on the Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects) as well as with non-EU partners. Currently she is working as project manager at the JKHK.
