Presentation of informal education at the CZEDUCON conference

The new format of informal continuous education, on which the Mendel University in Brno cooperates together with the environmental education organization Lipka, was presented at the CZEDUCON conference in Brno.

David Kryštof from the Institute of Lifelong Learning, together with his colleague Michaela Menšíková from the Institute of Applied and Landscape Ecology, first led colleagues from Czech and foreign institutions through an activity to reflect on what shapes the opinion of individual generations.

Then they let the colleagues create a time series of the historical story of the treatment of water courses in landscape. The non-traditional method of teaching, which is applied by colleagues from several faculties at workshops in secondary vocational schools and gymnasiums, attracted the attention of the conference.
